	Master Bedroom $175/night Lower level bedroom $150/night Special 3 day weekend rate 50% off third day. Seven or more days rental for entire house without daily breakfast is $275/day, mid week cleaning and change of linens. Arrangements for longer stays can be made, feel free to call and inquire.

Corporate Meetings and Retreats
	Meeting space is available for $80/hour. Catering for meals and snacks available upon request, with a large variety of foods to choose from.

Weddings and Other Large Events
	Please call about options and pricing for events at either the B&B or the pond and vineyard. Catering, Tents, Lighting, Table and Chairs, Fancy Portable Restrooms, etc. available upon request and anything else you need to make your special event a memorable day.

Horse Motel
	Horse motel includes a large clean indoor stall, fresh water, hay and grain as well as a large outdoor coral. $28.50 per day.
